Tips to have better mornings.

1. Plan: If you plan the day out the evening before. Get the clothes ready. Know what your having for breakfast. Make your Shakeology. Put out your workout clothes for your next Beachbody workout. The more prepared you are the smoother your morning will go.



So for me starting tonight, I will plan for the next day, put out clothes for me and the kids. Plan my meals for the next day. I will get everything that I can do tonight done so I can have a great morning tomorrow.


2. Get up when you want to get up. I am a notrious snoozer. The alarm goes off and I hit snooze like 10 times. So I figure that if I get up when the alarm goes off look at the extra time in my day.
